Meet Abigail

Hello and welcome!

My professional journey in holistic health began with a 3-year certification course in advanced herbal medicine. While learning how to use plants to heal the body, I realized the importance of nutrition in whole-body healing. Health is highly dependent on what we are exposed to on a daily basis, not just the medicines alone. Often times, food is the medicine. I knew in order to help people more holistically, I would need to become well-versed in nutritional therapy. I have since gained a Masters of Science in Integrative Nutrition from Bastyr University, and am currently an intern with the Nutrition and Herbal Collective to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist.

My goal is to help my clients achieve lasting well-being in both body and mind. I help them investigate the root causes of their symptoms, and provide a supportive space for personal exploration and growth. Together we formulate a plan for their health; this might include the use of herbal medicine, food and supplement protocols, as well as mindfulness and movement routines. I help my clients decipher what is most important to them, and how they can achieve sustainable, positive change. I do not follow a prescriptive, one-size-fits-all model. I take the time to get to know my clients, and formulate a personalized approach that fits their unique circumstance.

I look forward to connecting with you!

Warmly,

Abby
